Kitchen + 1st floor
This project encompassed a kitchen renovation and floors. For the kitchen we kept the original footprint, but added new cabinetry, countertops and hardware. Additionally, we enhanced the layout by adding smart technology features and accent lighting. For the floors, we removed 2500 square feet of carpeting and installed hardwood floors in a whitewash finish along with all of the baseboards and shoe molding to match the new floors and stain. For the stairs, we custom built the treads and risers and stained the railings to match the floors. Lastly, to create a bit of contrast, we painted the balusters and risers white.

Danny & Rachel agreed to take on our big project of removing all the carpet in our new home and installing new hardwood, in addition to completely redoing our kitchen and stairs. For the massive scope of the project they were able to completely finish everything within a few months. Communication was very important to us and they were able to deliver on that promise.
